Name: M-17 a.k.a. Maggie Freeman

Hair Color: light brown

Special Powers: Able to move with cat-like grace, and has the ability to camouflage herself, though it drains her powers slightly. She can also move with the speed that surpasses even that of Cybersix. Her eyesight is best during dark, when it sharpens to that of an eagel's, and the darkness is seen like the day. She also has a tracking capability Reichter installed in her brain, which can track any of his creations (including Cybersix)

Relationships With Others:

Von Reichter - That's completely undecided on her part. In a way, Von Reichter saved her life, though he had some wrong intentions for doing it. It's a sort of love/hate thing between the two. She doesn't want him hurt or dead, then again she doesn't exactly worship the ground he walks on. Sometimes he can really creep her out.

Jose - She likes him. He's a constant source of amusement to her. He favours her too, and seems to like getting advice from her. Usually, if any of his thugs are rude to her, he'll snap at them.

Cybersix - M-17 was originally meant to track C6 down and destroy her, but didn't. She has nothing against Cybersix, but one can question what side she's on.

Data 7 - She totally loves the black panther. She treats him like a kitten, scratching him behind the ears and chasing him around. Data 7 usually takes advantage of the moment.

Lucas - Hate at first sight (for both of them) They just can't stand each other.

Lori - M-17 and Lori are friends. Lori admires her cool abilities, and she admires Lori's bad attitude.

With Other Fan Characters:

Kayla: M-17 knows about her, since VR designed her to track all of his creations within the vincinity of Meridiana, but hasn't told anyone about her, since she hasn't gotten in the way.

Bethany: She knows all about her, and her parents, but hasn't told Von Riechter or Jose, since she likes the little girl, and doesn't want Riechter experimenting on her, no matter how loyal she is.

F3: Data 10, M-17's partner ran into her once, and when he doesn't like her, he wants her dead.

Erika: Jose is happy, M-17's happy, so she likes Erika. She's run into her, and often listens to Jose ramble about how much he likes her.

Lt. Kaji: She hasn't met him, but is aware of a man set out to hunt down Von Riechter, so if they ever meet, the encounter won't be a peaceful one.

Cyber9: She's heard of the Cyber, but like she couldn't destroy Cybersix, she can't kill her.

Stryk12: Jose filled her in on the information, and warned her that being half-cyborg like herself, Stryk12 would be a match for her. They fought once, but since their skills almost matched, it didn't get them anywhere.

Uirusu: Von Riechter mentioned her, but so far they haven't met.

Ketsuko: She hasn't met him yet.

Personality: M-17 has a good personality, exept when's she's really pissed off. She has a sense of humor, and uses it most of the time. She can be sensitive at times, and her emotions have a tendency of mixing up with her assignments. She's good at listening to people's problems, and often gives good advice. That's why Jose usually sees her as a sort of councelor.

Background: Maggie Freeman started off as a human being. She lived with her parents, who she considered tyrants, and she hated them. Her mother was a drunk who did nothing but party, and never spent time with her. Her dad was equally drunk, and abusive. There's also some back history with her father that's too dark to go over. She ran away from home, and her father went after her, intent on killing her. Von Reichter saved her life (pretty ironic) and took her to his laboratory. Maggie agreed on his proposition, that he would make her half-cyborg, and let her live with Jose, if she would seek out and destroy Cybersix. While staying there, she developed a sort of questionable friendship with Jose, and a small liking for Reichter. He engeneered her so that she would have to come back to him for a unique sustenance, made especially for her, which she injests through small tubes that hook into small holes that Reichter installed in her arms. That way, he keeps her on his side, though he doesn't want to admit that he's developed a small liking for her himself.
