Kiara is a small human child who had the fate of witnessing the brutal muders of the CYBER series. For that she was killed, but her body and memories were saved. She was brought back to life by Jose with a CYBER's strength and speed but she can tire easily although her sustenance in-take isn't as nessesayry as Cybersix's. She managed to escape Jose and live on the streets in Meridian. She is easily intimidated by those around her and is very frightened of Jose, Von Riechter and the horrors they bring onto her.

RELATIONSHIPS

Cybersix
Kiara's first impression of Cybersix wasn't a good one, but they quickly became friends. Kiara looks up to Cybersix and admires her courage and her love for all.

Data 7
Very scared at first, but now they have a close relationship. Data 7 loves her alot (Like Cybersix) and will do anything to protect her.

Von Riechter
She is terrified of this man who tries to play god. Von Riechter wants her back so he can "Fix her" though he doesn't want her destroyed.

Jose
She fears him as much as Von Riechter. Jose just wants her dead. SHe's encountered him many times, but never has tried to defeat him becuase he just scares the living hell out of her.

Lucas
She like Lucas' humour and enjoys his company. Lucas likes her courage. Lucas treats her like a little sister, and tries to keep her from getting into fights with Von Riechter's creations.

Bethany
Kiara thinks she's the cutest little girl she's ever met. (and who doesn't! I mean COMEON! She's so cute!) Kiara tries not to bring her life into her's because she doesn't want to put her in any remote danger.

Stryk12
They haven't met face-to-face but Kiara has heard some good things about this person.

Kayla (Cyber 338)
She likes her! They get along very well, even though Kayla can run faster than she can.

Midnight Five
Kiara has seen him in action and doesn't want to get in his way at all. She has some sympathy for him. Midnight Fice has fixed feelings about her too now that he's working for Jose.
