Kaji,
an agent from a military division (with an uncertain history)
operating from outside of Meridiana. Kaji is Yashimoto's cousin,
and though they are close in age, they haven't seen eachother since
their teenage years. The two have carried on their family's profession,
but have done so in their own ways.
In the military, all that Kaji knows is that his department
has been collecting information on VR for several months,
although he doesn't know why because he carries a low rank (Lt.).
But he is knowledgable enough about VR's work to understand
that he is a dangerous madman.
No one (including Kaji himself)
knows exactly why he has recently arrived in Meridiana,
but he has managed to enjoy a comfortable life in the town with
his new friends, one of whom he has a close relationship with
(some of you might know who it is ). Like his cousin, Kaji is
dependable, trustworthy, and he tries to help out, but his abilities
are greatly inferior to those of a Cyber, and he occaissionally
finds himself in need of assistance.
Kaji enjoys nothing more than sitting
in the cafe with a cup of coffee, relaxing near the guardian
(angel) statue in Meridiana's core, or jogging around in the
morning. Kaji is a warm, friendly individual who enjoys being
around others, but like Yashimoto, he has his secrets.
