Strengths: Perfect fighting bio-construct, nearly impervious to physical damage (including radiation and heat) and emotional stress (luckily these creatures don't have any violent ambitions for world conquest)
Weaknesses: basically, only astronomical anomalies like supernovas and black holes could kill a genesis dragon immediately (they can survive in deep space). Other (feasible) methods include forced ingestion of immediate explosives, repeated blasts from high caliber weapons like rail guns or tank shells, or an atom smasher to the head (very unlikely)
